Following our recent Amsterdam screening we received an exciting mail from the - wait for it! - Amsterdam Rebel Clowns . The Rebel Clowns enjoyed our film so much they've invited us to join forces and plan to showcase 'Henry & Sunny' at forthcoming 'infonights'. We are - as you can imagine - simply thrilled!
Rebelact, the Amsterdam battalion of the Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army is looking for fools and rebels, radicals and rascals, tricksters and traitors, mutineers and malcontents to join its ranks.
You could be part of a fighting force armed with ruthless love and fully trained in the ancient art of clowning and non-violent direct action. You could learn ingeniously stupid tactics that baffle the powerful.

Like all armies, people who wish to join, have to undergo training. Before going into battle with Rebelact, recruits take part in intensive 'Bigshoe Camps' lasting approximately three days for the Basic Rebel Clown Training. At the end of the training you will be capable of taking on Rebel Clown Army mission. Becoming a clownbattant can be challenging, but it's a rewarding life.
Rebelact offers you a weekend training, that takes anybody and everybody on a journey to find their inner clown, release the spontaneous self, learning how to cooperate in a group, to do some very basic physical and narrative improvisation. We also cover the universal rebel clowning techniques. These are the tools you'll need to join Rebelact.
